The storage facility is only about 3 years old.

We have 3 buildings with a total of 102 units for rent.

Seasonal indoor storage for RVs, boats, campers, etc. is available for larger items.

 

All renters pay a one-month security deposit equal to the storage unit rent at the time of renting the storage unit.

The deposit will be returned after the renter has moved out and the unit is inspected.

We have 3 sizes of storage units available:

 

8' x 10' unit = $35.00 per month

 

This storage unit has either a 3' entry door with an access-key provided, or a 4' overhead door access.

You must provide your own lock.

Depends on availability.

 

 

 

10' x 20' unit = $60.00 per month

 

This storage unit has an 8' overhead door access.
